We are seeking a Manager, Payroll Operations - APAC Remote to lead our payroll operations across the APAC region. In this role, you will oversee payroll processing, compliance, and best practices while ensuring a seamless payroll experience for our clients. What You'll Do
- Manage payroll operations for the APAC region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.
- Lead a team of payroll specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality payroll processing.
- Implement payroll systems and processes that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align payroll operations with organizational goals.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures in accordance with U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP.
- Provide training and support to team members on payroll best practices and compliance requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll operations or management.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and regulations in the APAC region.
- Experience with payroll software and systems, preferably SAP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with accounting principles, including U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and its impact on payroll.
- Previous experience with payroll implementation projects.
