What You'll Do

• Participate in a structured Management Trainee program, rotating through departments to gain insights into business operations.
• Engage in outside sales activities, promoting products and services while building strong customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data to assist in making informed business decisions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational improvements.
• Access professional development opportunities, including Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or expected completion within six months.
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle.
• Active driver's license and at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification prior to employment.
• Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Administrative roles is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through campus involvement or extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a leadership or management role during academic tenure.
• A business-related academic major.
