• Issue tickets and travel documents, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Provide travel advice and local attraction information to enhance the client experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve travel issues promptly and effectively.
• Stay updated with industry news and developments to provide the best service possible.
• Work with external suppliers to secure the best prices and special offers for clients.
• Maintain effective communication and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
