About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Legal Talent Recruiter - Remote to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting top legal talent for our organization. What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.
  • Enhance the candidate experience through effective communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in legal recruitment to continuously improve our processes.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and legal professionals to expand our talent network.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the legal field or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools.
  • Experience with candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and practices is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a remote work environment and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in using Salesforce or HubSpot for recruitment purposes.
