About the Role

We are seeking a Legal Counsel - Vendor Management to join Anchorage Digital, a leading crypto platform. As a member of our legal team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of digital assets while working remotely. What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and industry norms.
• Collaborate with the Global Lead Counsel and other legal team members to enhance the vendor management process.
• Apply your expertise in digital assets to provide negotiation support and strategic insights.
• Monitor and analyze emerging trends in the crypto industry to inform legal strategies.
• Resolve complex legal issues through analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Participate in the hiring process by engaging with candidates and promoting Anchorage’s culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in legal counsel, specifically in vendor management or contract negotiation.
• Strong understanding of digital assets, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record in drafting contracts.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to influence stakeholders.
