About the Role

We're hiring a Lead User Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team at HyperHug, a leading international game development studio. This Lead User Acquisition Manager remote position offers the opportunity to shape the future of our flagship game, Oxide: Survival Island, an immersive multiplayer survival shooter for mobile platforms. As part of our team, you'll work remotely while collaborating with talented individuals from around the globe.

What You'll Do

  • Build and scale the User Acquisition process for Oxide: Survival Island.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, taking full hands-on responsibility.
  • Own campaign analytics: track performance and work with key metrics.
  • Define requirements and briefs for ad creatives and evaluate their performance.
  • Continuously test new hypotheses, channels, and approaches to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Solid UA experience in mobile games with in-app purchase monetization, preferably in mid-core/hard-core titles (3+ years).
  • Experience building UA processes from scratch.
  • Deep understanding and experience with the USA market.
  • Extensive experience with Google Ads, AppLovin, Meta, Unity Ads.
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data and predictions.
  • Ability to provide actionable feedback on ad creatives, including concepts, formats, and messaging.
  • Fluent English is a must; fluent Russian is a strong plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a leadership role within user acquisition.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of mobile game monetization strategies.
