Lead Fullstack Developer - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Lead Fullstack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing applications for our Commercial Real Estate lending and trading customer. This position offers you the opportunity to lead a pod of 5 engineers, guiding them through codebase enhancements while also being hands-on with development tasks. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the team’s performance and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Enhance and maintain applications by implementing codebase improvements and new features.
- Collaborate with Directors and VPs for progress reporting and strategic updates.
- Work closely with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to align on project goals and timelines.
- Utilize your expertise in Angular JS, ASP.NET, and AWS to deliver robust software solutions.
- Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies within the team to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Support the team in performance reviews and professional development initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate AI tooling where applicable.
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall fullstack application programming and development experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience within a development team.
- Exceptional proficiency in front-end development using Angular JS.
- Strong background in ASP.NET framework development.
- Experience with AWS Lambda environments and SQL relational databases.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, preferably within commercial real estate or financial services.
- Experience with ClawdeCode or AI tooling is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in commercial real estate or asset management sectors.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Who Will Succeed Here
Proficient in Angular JS and ASP.NET, with a strong understanding of AWS Lambda for serverless architecture, enabling rapid deployment and scalability of applications in a commercial real estate context.
