Klaviyo Lifecycle Marketing Lead - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a Klaviyo Lifecycle Marketing Lead to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be the quarterback of our client relationships, driving results for premium DTC brands. As a Klaviyo Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you will manage multiple accounts and ensure that our email marketing strategies are executed flawlessly, contributing to significant revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage 4-8 client accounts, coordinating with a pod of copywriters, designers, and Klaviyo techs.
- Lead daily huddles with your pod team to ensure smooth operations.
- Update clients regularly via Slack or calls, ensuring proactive communication.
- Oversee all Asana tasks, timelines, and assignments across your accounts.
- Conduct quality assurance and review all deliverables before sending to clients.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports to track progress and performance.
- Anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate, maintaining client satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative environment within your pod, ensuring all team members are aligned and motivated.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of account management or client services experience.
- Expertise in Klaviyo, including strategy, flows, campaigns, and segmentation.
- Strong data analysis and performance reporting skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools, ideally Asana.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and an ownership mentality.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong QA mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the DTC marketing space.
- Familiarity with Figma for design briefs.
- Previous leadership experience in managing teams.
