About the Role

We are seeking a Klaviyo Lifecycle Marketing Lead to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be the quarterback of our client relationships, driving results for premium DTC brands. As a Klaviyo Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you will manage multiple accounts and ensure that our email marketing strategies are executed flawlessly, contributing to significant revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage 4-8 client accounts, coordinating with a pod of copywriters, designers, and Klaviyo techs.
  • Lead daily huddles with your pod team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Update clients regularly via Slack or calls, ensuring proactive communication.
  • Oversee all Asana tasks, timelines, and assignments across your accounts.
  • Conduct quality assurance and review all deliverables before sending to clients.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports to track progress and performance.
  • Anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate, maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within your pod, ensuring all team members are aligned and motivated.

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of account management or client services experience.
  • Expertise in Klaviyo, including strategy, flows, campaigns, and segmentation.
  • Strong data analysis and performance reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, ideally Asana.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and an ownership mentality.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong QA mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the DTC marketing space.
  • Familiarity with Figma for design briefs.
  • Previous leadership experience in managing teams.
