Job Coach - 100% Remote Freelance Position

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Job Coach to join our team in a fully remote and freelance capacity. As a Job Coach, you will provide individual online coaching for clients transitioning in their careers, focusing on job market orientation and application processes. This Job Coach remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world while making a significant impact on the lives of your clients.

What You'll Do

• Conduct individual 1:1 online coaching sessions to guide clients through their career transitions.
• Support clients in navigating the German job market, providing insights and strategies for success.
• Analyze clients' strengths and competencies to enhance their career perspectives and opportunities.
• Assist clients in the application process, including resume optimization and interview training.
• Utilize digital tools effectively to manage coaching sessions and client interactions.
• Maintain a structured and independent work style to ensure client needs are met promptly.
• Demonstrate empathy and intercultural competence in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Completed coaching training or a degree in coaching, pedagogy, or psychology.
• Experience in career orientation, integration work, or job coaching is essential.
• German language proficiency at least at the B2 level is required.
• English language skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
• Proficiency with digital tools to facilitate remote coaching sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with clients from various cultural backgrounds.
• Additional certifications in coaching or related fields.
• Familiarity with online coaching platforms and tools.
