About the Role

We are gillie, a new hair and beauty label preparing for launch. We are looking for an Instagram & Reels Content Creator remote to bring our Instagram presence to life. You will have the opportunity to shape our brand's visual identity from day one and create engaging content that resonates with our audience.

What You'll Do

• Plan and produce high-quality Instagram content that converts.
• Edit Reels and Story formats, incorporating current trends to showcase our products effectively.
• Develop mood boards and editorial suggestions that align with our brand aesthetics.
• Organize the Instagram feed according to an editorial plan.
• Contribute creative content ideas and help further develop our formats.
• Maintain a good sense of design and aesthetics to enhance brand impact on Instagram.
• Work independently while maintaining close communication with the team.
• Participate in regular model shootings and real product experiences.

Requirements

• Experience in editing Reels using tools like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Express.
• A structured work style with the ability to make independent suggestions.
• Enjoy working independently while collaborating closely with the team.
• Nice to have: Experience creating content for a brand in the beauty or fashion sector.

• Familiarity with social media trends and best practices.
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
