What You'll Do

• Assist in talent acquisition processes, including posting job descriptions and communicating with candidates.
• Support general HR operations and help organize HR policies.
• Create guides for employees to enhance their understanding of HR processes.
• Evaluate corporate traveler rewards programs to improve employee benefits.
• Assist the HR team during open enrollment periods, ensuring smooth communication and processes.
• Gain exposure to real-world HR systems and processes, providing valuable insights into the HR field.
• Collaborate closely with the culture committee and leadership team to foster a positive work environment.
• Work flexible hours during normal business hours to accommodate your schedule.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and candidates.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Genuine interest in HR and enhancing employee experience.
• Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to various HR functions.
