• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Support payroll management and ensure accurate processing of employee compensation.

• Organize and participate in company events to foster teamwork and enhance company culture.
• Continuously develop your skills and knowledge in HR practices and technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, and compliance documentation.
• Proficiency in data management tools such as BigQuery and Dataform.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• Experience with employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Familiarity with performance marketing and CRM systems is a plus.
