About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team remotely. As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department and contributing to various administrative tasks. What You'll Do

  • Assist with administrative HR tasks, including implementing training plans and managing administrative requests.

  • Support the recruitment process by assisting with candidate communications and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage site supplies by identifying needs and placing orders.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to site management, such as managing fines and supporting the HR team with communication materials.
  • Provide logistical support for travel arrangements, including bookings, transfers, and visa applications.
  • Be proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented in all tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous internship experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
