About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist - Remote to join our dynamic team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee engagement. What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and data management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Experience in employee engagement and performance management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

  • Certification in HR (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
  • Experience in government contracting or compliance.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement strategies.
