About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Insights - Remote to lead our data-driven initiatives and provide strategic insights that drive decision-making across the organization. As the Head of Insights, you will be responsible for overseeing the analytics team, ensuring that we harness the power of data to enhance customer engagement and improve our services. What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the insights team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and KPIs for performance measurement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and data visualization.
  • Oversee user research initiatives to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Ensure data governance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Drive automation and optimization of reporting processes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within insights or analytics.
  • Strong background in data analysis, including qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Expertise in tools such as Oracle 19C, SQL Server 2019, and Postgres.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and customer engagement strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in insights or analytics roles.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in blockchain intelligence and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and service design methodologies.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards in data presentation.
