GTM Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled GTM Engineer - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our go-to-market strategies and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns. As a GTM Engineer - Remote, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our marketing automation processes and optimize customer lifecycle management.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement effective go-to-market strategies that align with our business objectives.
• Utilize Salesforce and Pardot for campaign execution and metrics analysis.
• Manage lead generation processes and ensure the quality of leads through rigorous analysis.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support revenue operations and drive growth.
• Analyze data to provide insights into campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in GTM engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools like Pardot and HubSpot.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in B2B marketing and understanding of customer lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

• Familiarity with financial analysis and operational accounting.
