Growth Marketing Manager - SaaS Subscriptions (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager - SaaS Subscriptions to join our team at TP-Link Systems Inc. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to drive subscription growth for our innovative consumer electronics products. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall subscription revenue.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive subscription growth strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Own end-to-end subscription growth across the customer lifecycle, from device activation and onboarding to conversion, retention, and expansion.
- Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives across in-app messaging, email, push notifications, and other engagement channels.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align growth strategies with product roadmaps and customer needs.
- Analyze customer data and subscription metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Drive the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns to increase subscription conversions.
- Lead pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitive and industry trends in consumer SaaS, subscriptions, and smart home software, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Manage partnerships and initiatives to expand subscription reach and adoption.
- Define, track, and report on core subscription KPIs including conversion rate, churn, ARPU, LTV, and cohort performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, required.
- 5+ years of experience in subscription growth or SaaS marketing, within a technology, mobile or hardware-related company highly preferred.
- Proven track record of driving subscription growth through onboarding optimization, lifecycle engagement, and conversion initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using data to inform experiments and growth decisions.
- Ability to work effectively with imperfect, fragmented, or evolving data across devices, apps, and backend systems, and still drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic understanding of subscription business models and how software value evolves over time.
- Familiarity with subscription management platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.

- Salary Range: $140,000 - 165,000 annually.
