Growth Marketing Associate - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Associate remote to join our dynamic team at Thumbtack. As a vital part of the Growth Marketing team, you will help oversee our engagement marketing notifications across planning, execution, and reporting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our marketing strategies and customer engagement.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute marketing campaigns across email, push, and other marketing channels.
• Facilitate testing and quality assurance processes with stakeholders for each campaign to ensure flawless execution.
• Run A/B tests across campaigns to identify key levers of growth that we can scale across the program.
• Analyze and report on the impact of engagement programs, using learnings to iterate and make improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders to ensure effective campaign execution.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in lifecycle or engagement marketing.
• Proven track record in creating and executing campaigns across email, push, and other marketing channels.
• Experience with engagement automation tools (experience with Iterable or Pardot is a plus).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Precise attention to detail and ability to prioritize work efficiently.
