Growth Enterprise Account Executive - Data-Driven Strategy
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Growth Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Sigma Computing. This role is pivotal to our success as we continue to grow at over 80% year over year. As a Growth Enterprise Account Executive remote, you will focus on Mid Market accounts, driving transformative deals that not only impact our customers but also shape the trajectory of our business. You will work closely with industry leaders, gaining invaluable experience in building relationships and influencing decisions.
What You'll Do
- Own a territory of named digital native companies in the Mid-Market space.
- Engage in deep account planning and whitespace strategy to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain and update accurate customer, pipeline, and forecast information in Salesforce.
- Utilize your knowledge of the data and analytics space to conduct consultative sales.
- Manage your sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with a motivated team to bring on new customers and develop advocates for Sigma in the business intelligence market.
- Engage with partners in the data ecosystem to support customer needs and initiatives.
- Generate new revenue for a rapidly growing company through strategic sales efforts.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in closing deals, preferably in high-tech software sales.
- Proven ability to prospect effectively through cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Experience in the data space (Warehouses, Pipelines, Analytics, etc.) is preferred.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, POVs, or Sandler.
- Strong track record of success in pipeline generation and quota attainment.
- Team player with a results-oriented mindset.
- Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate.
