About the Role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to contribute to the 2026 KaranDash Festival, a unique event inspired by the tradition of old Russian fairs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graphic Designer to showcase their creativity and design skills in a remote setting. As a Graphic Designer for the festival, you will create engaging and visually striking posters that capture the essence of the festival's theme: 'For all children who are tired of being adults.'

What You'll Do

• Design a vertical poster for the KaranDash Festival, incorporating the festival's logo, slogan, and headliner names.
• Participate in two tracks: a classic poster design and a poster utilizing AI technology.
• Work collaboratively with the festival team to ensure that the designs align with the festival's vision and theme.
• Submit your designs by the deadline of March 15, 2026, for a chance to win cash prizes.
• Engage with the festival's audience through social media and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, particularly in poster design.
• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to create modern and relevant visuals without a 'childish' aesthetic.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
