About the Role

Join Tetra Pak as a Future Talent - Automation Engineer (Remote) and embark on a journey to make food safe and available everywhere. In this role, you will develop your leadership skills and gain broad business knowledge in a truly international environment. The Future Talent Programme is a 1.5-year initiative designed to challenge and grow your skills while delivering results from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Design electrical hardware, including schematics and layouts, and select electrical components.
  • Analyze, design, and develop new PLC programs and host computer programs using Siemens Portal and Step7 software.
  • Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot systems in the workshop.
  • Prepare production documents, manuals, and related documentation.
  • Participate in the digitalization and intelligent upgrading of factory projects.
  • Lead or participate in AI applications within the factory.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates with a bachelor's or master's degree in automation, electrical automation, mechatronics, or related engineering fields.
  • Less than 1 year of relevant work experience is acceptable.
  • Experience with AI industrial projects is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electrical and automation principles and a good foundation in object-oriented programming.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, C, C++, VB, etc.).
  • Understanding of AI development frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.).
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a passion for technical work.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

  • Willingness to study and solve problems independently.

Who Will Succeed Here
