About the Role

We’re hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our innovative team at Seamflow. This remote Forward Deployed Engineer position offers you the chance to work on cutting-edge technology that is transforming industries like aerospace, healthcare, and energy. You will be part of a world-class team that is dedicated to removing barriers to progress and enabling real-world work to move at software speed.

What You'll Do

  • Ship from Day 1 — Deploy to production immediately and own real product surface area.
  • Own it end-to-end — Create specs, figure things out, and build features from start to finish.
  • Solve real problems — From UX polish to backend logic to customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React or equivalent).
  • Comfortable building backend services in Python.
  • Experience integrating AI systems (LLMs, agents, model-backed APIs) into production products.
  • Ability to reason about complex workflows, not just CRUD operations.
  • Product Engineering — Design and build end-to-end user workflows, from UI to backend logic and data.

Nice to Have

  • Founder or ex-founder experience.
  • Early-stage or stealth startup background.
  • Experience building AI-powered products in production.
