Exchange Operations Specialist - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for an Exchange Operations Specialist remote to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. As a key member of the Exchange support team, you will be responsible for safeguarding the operation and administration of our innovative trading exchange. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who are eager to innovate and automate processes in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert-level remote management, administration, and support for the Production and Demo trading exchange.
• Update underlying symbols, create and schedule contracts, perform end-of-day processing, and assist with problem resolution.
• Contribute to the ongoing refinement and continuous improvement of services.
• Assist in investigating, implementing, and operating third-party tools to enhance service delivery.
• Support quality assurance testing to ensure service reliability and accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven ability to perform effectively in a mission-critical operational team environment.
• Experience collaborating with internal departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with Linux servers is preferred.
• Willingness to provide periodic weekend and off-hours coverage.
• Knowledge or experience in cryptocurrency, prediction markets, and options/futures trading markets.

Nice to Have

• 1–3 years of experience with Python scripting and API management.
• Expertise with cron jobs and scheduled task management in production environments.
• Experience pulling and processing large datasets from APIs, webhooks, and real-time data feeds.
