Join Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (MDL) as an Entry Level Account Manager in a remote capacity. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a large client base and serving as a liaison between management and customers to resolve any issues. What You'll Do

  • Grow client base revenues by presenting new test information and upselling services.
  • Establish positive long-term client relations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Educate and train clients on laboratory services and coordinate solutions between the laboratory and clients.
  • Work closely with Senior Sales Executives and Regional Managers to identify client concerns and assist in developing client retention strategies.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on client satisfaction levels, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors and their presence in your assigned territory.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of successful customer service experience.
  • Strong multi-tasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email, and internet functions.
  • Knowledge of laboratory testing and competing products is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within the coverage area and occasionally nationwide.

Nice to Have

  • Medical Assistant certification or Associate Degree; BA/BS preferred.
