What You'll Do
- Grow client base revenues by presenting new test information and upselling services.
- Establish positive long-term client relations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate and train clients on laboratory services and coordinate solutions between the laboratory and clients.
- Work closely with Senior Sales Executives and Regional Managers to identify client concerns and assist in developing client retention strategies.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on client satisfaction levels, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors and their presence in your assigned territory.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of successful customer service experience.
- Strong multi-tasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound judgment and decision-making ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email, and internet functions.
- Knowledge of laboratory testing and competing products is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the coverage area and occasionally nationwide.
Nice to Have
- Medical Assistant certification or Associate Degree; BA/BS preferred.
