EHR Revenue Cycle Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHR Revenue Cycle Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the revenue cycle management processes for electronic health records (EHR), ensuring efficient billing and compliance. You will work closely with healthcare providers to optimize their revenue cycle operations, making a significant impact on their financial health.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end revenue cycle processes for EHR systems, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve revenue cycle performance and compliance.
• Utilize tools such as Epic and JIRA to track and manage revenue cycle activities.
• Provide training and support to staff on EHR systems and revenue cycle best practices.
• Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in revenue cycle management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of EHR systems, particularly Epic, and revenue cycle processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
• Experience with medical billing, coding, and compliance regulations.

Nice to Have

• Certification in Revenue Cycle Management or related field.
• Experience with training and development in a healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with anesthesia billing and coding compliance.
