As a Cybersecurity Customer Help-Desk Specialist, you will assist customers in navigating their antivirus software and ensuring their online safety. What You'll Do

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to provide support and solutions.
• Ensure the full functionality of antivirus protection for clients.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using your problem-solving skills.
• Track and follow cases to ensure they are resolved efficiently and timely.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while representing a major brand.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners.
• Log cases on internal systems and stay updated with client products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and very good communication skills in English.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong empathy and a passion for customer service.
• Familiarity with current Anti-Malware and Firewall products.
• Ability to install operating systems and necessary software.
• Knowledge of MAC, iOS, and Android Operating Systems.
• Understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, WLAN).

Nice to Have

• Experience in a customer support role.
• Knowledge of Windows OS (Windows XP to 10) and Mac OS fundamentals.
• Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry.
