About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Limassol. What You'll Do

• Manage customer inquiries through live chat and email, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Understand customer issues and provide clear, accurate solutions without relying on scripts.
• Explain products and policies to customers, ensuring they have a full understanding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain high-quality response standards across all shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Independently manage your workload and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Advanced English level (minimum B2) with strong written communication skills.
• Logical thinking and the ability to remain calm in conversations.
• Responsible and consistent work ethic.
• Previous support experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
