About the Role

We are excited to offer a Customer Solutions Engineer Intern - Remote position at Naviant. This internship is designed for college juniors or seniors to tackle real customer support challenges and technical projects in a fully remote environment. As a Customer Solutions Engineer Intern, you will collaborate with customers and internal teams, gaining hands-on experience in technical support.

What You'll Do

  • Engage in an 11-week paid internship program, working Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM CST.
  • Participate in orientation and team integration activities to familiarize yourself with our processes.
  • Shadow live customer support cases to understand the dynamics of customer interactions.
  • Contribute to a capstone project summarizing your internship experience, showcasing your learning and contributions.
  • Build relationships with internal teams and customers, enhancing your networking opportunities.
  • Maintain professionalism in a remote work environment, adapting to the challenges of digital communication.
  • Explore customer support processes and automation solutions to enhance efficiency.
