Requirements

- Preferably 2 years of experience in a related field, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
- Ability to multi-task and tailor responses to meet specific customer needs.
- Comfortable working with computers and adapting to new systems.
- Good phone etiquette including pace, tone, voice quality, and grammar.

- Experience in a BPO environment.
