About the Role

- Participate in paid training following successful client certification.
- Work flexible hours after certification to accommodate personal schedules.

- Complete the onboarding process, including background checks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- U.S. resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI).
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable navigating computer applications and web-based tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations.
- Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
