About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least two years of customer service experience.
  • Experience with Office 365 and proficiency in Excel preferred.
  • Strong foundational computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle customer complaints.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
