About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing business strategies, achieving sales KPIs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients while promoting MSB's products and services.

What You'll Do

  • Develop business plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Provide comprehensive solutions to customers instead of selling individual products, increasing customer engagement.
  • Manage customer debt repayment processes and propose timely solutions for overdue accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with MSB's quality service standards and address customer complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely processing of customer credit applications.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for MSB, promoting a positive image and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Conduct periodic credit assessments of customers to minimize risks associated with lending.
  • Participate in training and mentoring junior staff as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or banking, with at least 1 year in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of MSB's vision, mission, and strategic direction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of effective communication in English (A1 level or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and retail banking operations, particularly in credit lending.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sales or customer service within the financial sector.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
