About the Role

This Customer Assistant role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of £14.35 to £14.64, with an increase to £14.80 - £15.30 starting March 1, 2026. What You'll Do
- Be a Lidl expert, assisting customers with their questions and requests.
- Efficiently manage deliveries as they arrive in store.
- Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain the bakery section by ensuring fresh goods are available.
- Expertly merchandise and maintain our Non-Food product aisles.
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility to start early or finish late as needed.
- A positive attitude towards changing priorities.
