About the Role

We’re hiring a Creative Strategist to join our dynamic team at Zenit Corp, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping campaigns that captivate audiences and drive conversions. This Creative Strategist remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the founder and influence multiple DTC eCommerce brands.

What You'll Do

• Research and analyze winning ads, hooks, and visual styles across platforms like Meta and TikTok.
• Propose innovative campaign ideas and storytelling approaches that resonate with our audience.
• Translate creative concepts into actionable briefs for editors, designers, and content creators.
• Coordinate the execution of creative strategies while iterating based on performance feedback.
• Help plan and manage micro-influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with aesthetic standards and performance metrics.
• Review creative outputs and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
• Utilize performance metrics to refine and enhance creative strategies over time.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in creative strategy, content creation, or social-first marketing.
• Strong aesthetic judgment with a keen understanding of what engages audiences visually.
• Ability to think in terms of hooks, first frames, and emotional storytelling.
• Familiarity with performance marketing fundamentals and conversion strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects effectively.
