About the Role
Join our team as a CPC Customer Service Representative - Remote. What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues related to medical records and compliance operations.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications.
- Participate in a comprehensive training program, including job shadowing with an assigned mentor to enhance your skills in customer service.
- Assist in order processing and ensure that all customer requests are handled efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Experience in a high-volume production environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and problem-solving skills when dealing with customer inquiries.
- Willingness to learn about AI technologies, including Voice AI and NLP, to better assist customers.
