Join our team as a CPC Customer Service Representative - Remote. What You'll Do

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues related to medical records and compliance operations.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications.
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program, including job shadowing with an assigned mentor to enhance your skills in customer service.
  • Assist in order processing and ensure that all customer requests are handled efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Experience in a high-volume production environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and problem-solving skills when dealing with customer inquiries.
  • Willingness to learn about AI technologies, including Voice AI and NLP, to better assist customers.
