About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Client Experience Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This Client Experience Specialist role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed effectively and efficiently. You will be a key player in enhancing the client experience, working from the comfort of your home within the Pacific Time zone.

What You'll Do

  • Guide clients through our platform to help them complete their tasks seamlessly.
  • Maintain accurate client records using Salesforce to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with management to enhance personal learning and client advocacy.
  • Review client materials and provide constructive feedback to internal teams to improve services.
  • Efficiently solve problems to ensure a high-quality client experience.
  • Represent client feedback to influence product improvements and service enhancements.
  • Collaborate with management to meet corporate goals and objectives.
  • Act on key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Continuously seek solutions to enhance the client experience through proactive learning.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members to ensure consistency in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Support, preferably in a Call Center environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS, particularly in legal services, is a plus.
  • Skilled in telephonic support systems; experience with DialPad is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal or litigation support is preferred.
  • A high school diploma is required; advanced studies or equivalent work experience is valued.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with legal terminology and processes.
  • Experience in a remote work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
