Capital Markets Transactions Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Capital Markets Transactions Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is crucial within our Capital Markets Transactions (CMT) group, part of the Assurance offering at Deloitte. As a Capital Markets Transactions Manager remote, you will play a key role in overseeing complex engagements related to IPO and SPAC readiness and execution, along with other transactions and technical accounting projects.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery to our clients.
• Provide technical guidance and project oversight for IPO, SPAC, and other CMT advisory engagements.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to tackle accounting, reporting, and other issues.
• Utilize cutting-edge tools and technology to enhance project outcomes.
• Support the professional development of team members through mentorship and guidance.

Requirements

• Experience in capital markets transactions, particularly IPO and SPAC processes.
• Strong understanding of technical accounting and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
