About the Role

We are seeking a Capital Analytics Lead to join our team at Anchorage Digital, a pioneering digital asset platform for institutions. This remote position allows you to leverage your expertise in capital, margin, liquidity, and counterparty risk analytics to shape product design and regulatory engagement. As a key member of the Global Analytics team, you will provide insights that drive our growth strategy and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Own capital and risk analytics across banking and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
  • Design and maintain frameworks for margin, settlement exposure, netting, prefunding, and liquidity analysis.
  • Perform scenario analysis and stress testing tied to market volatility and adverse conditions.
  • Evaluate capital and risk trade-offs to support product design and settlement architecture.
  • Produce clear documentation and governance artifacts to support supervisory discussions and internal controls.
  • Lead complex analytical workstreams with limited oversight while coordinating with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, applied mathematics, or economics; advanced degrees preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in capital, margin, or risk analytics within banking or regulated financial infrastructure.
  • Direct experience with capital adequacy, margin requirements, and liquidity risk.
  • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining quantitative frameworks used in regulated environments.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

  • Familiarity with blockchain and crypto innovations.
  • Experience writing and defending analytical methodologies in regulatory contexts.
