Business Systems Analyst - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in analyzing and improving our business systems to enhance operational efficiency and support our growth in the eCommerce sector. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure that our systems align with business goals.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements for system enhancements.
• Support the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and user experience.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to derive insights and inform decision-making.
• Assist in the development of training materials and provide support to end-users.
• Engage in stakeholder management to ensure alignment and communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and eCommerce.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Agile methodology is a plus.

• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with data engineering and big data technologies.
