About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Analyst - Remote to join our dynamic team at Rain. What You’ll Do

• Develop, own, and manage large partner relationships and strategic ecosystem initiatives.
• Act as a trusted expert advisor to third-party partners regarding all aspects of Rain.
• Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver impactful events, content, and offers.
• Evaluate new markets, identify growth opportunities, and assess competitive landscapes.
• Create robust activation and growth programming to meet ambitious company-level business objectives.
• Ensure clear and articulate communication in both written and oral forms, maintaining deal hygiene in sales tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development or a related field.
• Strong ability to structure, negotiate, and close high-value or complex deals.
• Understanding of pricing models, unit economics, and ROI calculations for partnerships.
• Proven track record of complex problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a collaborative team player.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRMs.
• Familiarity with the U.S. and LATAM markets.
• Interest or experience in crypto and blockchain technologies.
