About the Role

Zapier is hiring a full-time Backend Engineer for our Events Team, working remotely from the USA or Canada. As a Backend Engineer at Zapier, you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining the backend systems that power our event-driven architecture. What You'll Do

  • Strong understanding of database management and data modeling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with serverless architecture and event streaming technologies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
