Associate Medical Director - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Medical Director - Remote to join our team. In this role, you will lead initiatives in HIV medicine and LGBTQ+ healthcare, ensuring high-quality patient care and clinical oversight. What You'll Do

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for patient care programs focused on HIV and LGBTQ+ health.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance clinical judgment and improve patient outcomes.
• Engage in strategic thinking and planning to advance quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee medical education and training for staff, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Utilize electronic health records effectively to manage patient data and enhance care delivery.

Requirements

• MD, DO, NP, or PA with significant experience in clinical leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in a medical director role or similar position.
• Strong background in HIV medicine and LGBTQ+ healthcare.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in value-based care and provider engagement.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with telehealth and telemedicine practices.
• Experience in addiction medicine.
• Previous involvement in clinical data analysis and strategic communication.
