Associate Field Clinical Liaison - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Field Clinical Liaison to join our team remotely. In this role, you will deliver high-quality clinical education and support to enhance clinical confidence among our GP and Orthodontic channels. As an Associate Field Clinical Liaison, you will be pivotal in providing unbiased medical information about Align Technology's products, driving brand awareness, and ensuring safe product use within the medical community.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical support and education to orthodontists and dentists in private clinics and DSO organizations.
• Plan and execute interactive roundtables to foster case discussions and peer-to-peer networking.
• Build knowledge of business products/services and the clinical market based on individual account needs.
• Work cross-functionally to coordinate clinical educational programs that align with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve objectives for assigned accounts.
• Independently plan visits and group sessions based on business reviews and sales alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in dentistry (DDS, DMD, or equivalent) or a master’s degree related to Orthodontics (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in customer relations within medical or dental fields.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence through public speaking.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and basic computer operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and establish priorities.
• Willingness to travel independently for field visits at least 70% of the time.
