What You'll Do

• Identify AI opportunities across the organization, focusing on personal care products.

• Develop, test, and implement AI solutions for operational and creative applications.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, IT, and compliance teams on multidisciplinary projects.
• Safeguard privacy, data security, and GDPR compliance in all AI solutions.
• Document AI processes and results for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Train and support key users across multiple countries.
• Work in line with information security policies and established monitoring standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in a complex environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Basic knowledge of GDPR and European data regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on mindset for scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex topics clearly.
• Active interest in AI developments and the personal care market.
