What You'll Do

• Manage and oversee billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
• Handle accounts receivable, including tracking payments and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in financial audits.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Utilize ERP software (such as SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle) to maintain financial records.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure compliance and quality control.
• Assist in payroll processing and document management.
• Provide support for financial forecasting and budgeting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting or billing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and audits.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
