About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Account Support Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SaaS products and services is advantageous.
