What You'll Do

• Onboard and train clients through remote and onsite delivery of our software solutions.
• Provide analytical support for configuration issues, ensuring smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain product expertise and client understanding to enhance service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients, driving satisfaction and engagement.
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Share best practices and insights to help clients achieve their goals effectively.
• Utilize troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve issues swiftly.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in high-pressure situations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to client success.
• Bonus: Experience with SQL or relational databases.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare technology or related fields.
• Familiarity with clinical communication systems.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role.
