About the Role

We are hiring a Software Engineer - AI Innovation (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining software for various innovative projects that enhance our core business operations. Your expertise in AI and automation will play a crucial role in improving client onboarding and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI customer chatbots to enhance customer support automation.
  • Implement Generative AI solutions and optimize applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Develop secure automation solutions for Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
  • Write clean, efficient code in Python for machine learning models and automation scripts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Continuously revisit and improve the development process to enhance software quality.
  • Leverage AI flow software to build complex automation workflows.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in backend programming languages, particularly Python and NodeJS.
  • In-depth knowledge of frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, and NestJS.
  • Expertise in SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Proven experience in deploying NLP/NLU and machine learning models.
  • Practical experience with Generative AI and RAG architectures.
  • Direct experience in customer support automation and chatbot development.
  • Familiarity with financial technology processes, especially KYC procedures.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Applied AI development experience.
  • Proficient in English and experienced in collaborating with global teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to improve processes.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
