Senior Flow Trader - Quantitative Trading Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Flow Trader to join our dynamic Quant Trading team at Crypto.com. In this Senior Flow Trader remote position, you will be responsible for trading and managing risks associated with various crypto products, including spots and derivatives. You will develop and implement trading strategies in fast-paced and complex trading environments.

What You'll Do

• Conduct pricing, execution, and hedging to facilitate flow business by leveraging our automated trading infrastructure.
• Expand our automated trading business to new trading products and venues while calibrating and fine-tuning performance.
• Research and backtest to improve our pricing and execution algorithms.
• Conduct daily market sentiment analysis, risk exposure assessments, P&L reporting, and post-trade analysis of trading strategies and algorithm performance.
• Collaborate with trading developers to enhance our pricing, execution, and booking logic.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of trading experience is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Python and eager to expand your technical skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with algorithmic trading.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and trading platforms.
