About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support and modernize enterprise DevSecOps platforms. This remote position focuses on automation, reliability, and AI-enabled DevSecOps practices while guiding teams toward fully automated, code-driven infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Support and enhance DevSecOps tools including GitLab, JIRA, Nexus, and related platforms.
  • Automate deployments, upgrades, and maintenance using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and security teams to improve pipelines and standards.
  • Modernize legacy services into automated CI/CD workflows.
  • Mentor teams on DevSecOps and reliability best practices.

Requirements

  • AWS experience and strong cloud fundamentals.
  • Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation or similar).
  • CI/CD pipeline development (GitLab and/or Jenkins).
  • API automation using Python, Shell, or similar.
  • JIRA administration.
  • Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience and strong troubleshooting skills.

Nice to Have

  • AWS GovCloud experience.
  • AWS certifications.
  • SSO / SAML / OAuth / Active Directory knowledge.
  • Experience with Airflow or workflow orchestration tools.
